Col Kaul, an experienced technocrat, administrator and an Ex-NSG Commando, has over 20 years of experience of working intheCorps of Engineers of the Indian Army, supervising and executing a number of prestigious projects in remote and urban areas, thereby gaining expertise in executing multifarious projects.
He has taken part in a number of Black Cat Commando operations and is an expert in Bomb Detection, Neutralization & Disposal and NBC Warfare from College of Military Engineering, Pune, and NSG Training Centre, Manesar, Haryana & New Delhi.
Awarded the DG, NSG Commendation Roll during an operation, while on deputation with NSG (Ministry of Home Affairs), he also ameliorated and implemented Office Automation Projects in Engineering & DRDO Departments of Army & Ministry of Defense, at Mumbai & Delhi.
An engineer from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and a DIM in Finance & Computers Science from IGNOU, he has attended the Senior Command Course of the Indian Army (akin to MBA), on selection.
He was adjudged the Best NCC Cadet of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh during the year 1977-78. At the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun, he was awarded the Technical Gold Medal in Russian Obstacles Training in 1979. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), and member of All India Management Association, New Delhi.
He is also the Secretary General of Maharashtra chapter of Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI). He was awarded “Security Leadership of the Year” Award during the Global Security Leadership Summit-2010 held by CAPSI at New Delhi. He was also bestowed with the award of the ‘Best Security Professional’ of the year 2013-2014.
He is a prolific writer and he has written several articles on various topics of social relevance and security of the nation and the citizens of the world.
He has authored a trilogy of HoNahaar Guards™ in India, of which two books were released by the Former President of India, Her Excellency Smt. Pratibhadevi Singh Patil in Dec, 2012, at New Delhi. Hehas also authored the book on Unarmed and Armed Security Guard written especially for the Private Security Sector (PSS) which is his third bestseller.
Three Copyrights and four Trademarks are registered in his name in India for National and International Registration Bureau for his future Project the ‘World Security Exchange (WSX)’ based on his concept of ensuring ‘Welfare Security©’ for the workers of all categories in India and the World.
